Concentra chose Inia for new Unified Communications solution.

Concentra, the Belgian multi-media company publishing newspapers, magazines, books, websites, television and radio, decided it was time to replace the old Alcatel PBX. The new PBX had to meet all new standards and have all on today's market available functionalities on board.

Site per site

October 2009 was the set date for a new building for Concentra brand Gazet Van Antwerpen. This would be the first site to implement a new telephony solution in the Concentra Group. Other sites will follow, such as Belang van Limburg in Hasselt. This way all obvious advantages of Voice over IP telephony can be used in order to reduce telephony costs and improve productivity tremendously.

Microsoft

Next to the expertise and know-how from Inia, Concentra picked this solution because of the in-depth collaboration and compatibility with the broad range of Microsoft solutions. More than any other challenger, Inia was able to convince Concentra of this Mitel-Microsoft solution with solid proof and clear ‘on the job' experiences.
