Studies have revealed major issues in the process of replacing the existing analogue PBX at Niko Group. Flexibility, scalability and lack of features were the main problems in this complicated endeavor.
Niko was looking for a remedy for all these problems and the possibility to support most of the solution in-house. They were not happy with their current level of independency from their telephony integrator.
All these issues were resolved with the Inia/Mitel solution. "Now we can manage our PBX ourselves. The Mitel IP and IP DECT units are very intuitive in use and have that logical "look". Anyone can operate this equipment." Says Jan Van Moere, Network and Security Engineer at Niko Group.
